Chilled Chocolate Grasshopper
1 oz peppermint schnapps2 pinches chocolate
2 tbsp chocolate syrup
2 dropsgreen food coloring
2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Blend the ice cream, food coloring and schnapps together and add to the cocktail glass. Drizzle the chocolate over the top and then sprinkle the chocolate chips over the top and enjoy!
